Established in Dongguan, Guangdong, our main business is non-standard automation equipment.

2015

Establish Hong Kong New Power, mainly responsible for overseas business upstream and downstream trade.

2017

Establish a subsidiary in Malaysia Penang, mainly responsible for serving overseas customers and developing the Southeast Asian market.

2018

Merger and acquisition of Kunshan Xinchuangli and Suzhou Xinfujie, mainly responsible for the East China automation market.

2021

Entering the new energy industry, mainly researching and developing logistics and warehousing equipment.

2022

Merger and acquisition of Xiamen Junming Technology, expansion of new energy equipment business, mainly focusing on the research and development of single machine and module pack lines. Establish a Vietnamese subsidiary to expand business in the Southeast Asian market.
